Below is a step-by-step process to set up etims in two devices.</p><ol><li><p>Access the eTIMS online portal and log in to your account. Enter your KRA PIN in the PIN field, the Branch ID in the B. ID field and the Serial No in the Serial No. field, then click Confirm.</p><img class=\"rounded-lg max-w-full h-auto max-h-[300px] my-4\" src=\"https://asktims.s3.eu-central-1.amazonaws.com/questions/1779357911351-Screenshot (20).png\" alt=\"Screenshot (20)\" title=\"Screenshot (20)\"></li><li><p>This will again begin downloading and installing the required updates, indicated by green flashing progress bars. </p><img class=\"rounded-lg max-w-full h-auto max-h-[300px] my-4\" src=\"https://asktims.s3.eu-central-1.amazonaws.com/questions/1779358139635-Screenshot (21).png\" alt=\"Screenshot (21)\" title=\"Screenshot (21)\"></li><li><p>If the program does not begin installing the updates, it is likely that the details in step 6 were not copied correctly. To resolve this, navigate to Local Disk (C:), delete the eTIMS-Paypoint-Win directory, and then restart the process from step 9. Also, ensure you have a stable network connection at this point.</p></li><li><p>The program will seeming get stuck as shown on the screenshot below, but this is part of the installation.
