Genuine messages from KRA are typically sent via KRACare or originate from official email addresses ending in <strong>@</strong><a target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer nofollow\" class=\"text-primary underline\" href=\"http://kra.go.ke\"><strong>kra.go.ke</strong></a> (for example, admin.itax2@kra.go.ke).</p><p></p><p>Please note that you may receive this notification even if you are VAT-registered; however, following a recent system update, VAT-registered taxpayers are no longer allowed to use the eTIMS mobile application.
