If the transaction was transmitted but the details appear incorrect, this confirms that the error occurred during data capture and must be corrected by the supplier. In such cases, the supplier should issue a credit note and then raise a new invoice with the correct details.</p><img class=\"rounded-lg max-w-full h-auto max-h-[300px] my-4\" src=\"https://asktims.s3.eu-central-1.amazonaws.com/questions/1779262526105-pin captured.png\" alt=\"pin captured\" title=\"pin captured\"><p>If the KRA PIN is not included, you will be unable to claim input VAT. In such instances, you may opt to have a credit note issued and request a new invoice with the correct details.</p><p></p><p>In cases where the invoice value is significantly high (e.g., in the millions), the transaction may be flagged as an outlier.
