We onboarded on Etims a while ago upon registration but had not commenced business thus, we have not generated Invoices on the platform. A week ago, we registered for VAT Obligation so as to be compliant in carrying out our core business.
However, upon logging in in order to generate an Etims Invoice, Our Etims Online Portal returned :\" XXXXXX : This eTIMS Solution has been deactivated. Please consult your tax office for further assistance.\" and we were unable to proceed further. We visited the Nyeri KRA offices but were advised that it was a technical issue that needed to be escalated higher up.
It is in this light that we write to seek your assistance in re-activating our Online Etims Solution as we are unable to proceed with business.
